I've seen that. Cathy Newman being a terrible interviewer doesn't mean the thing they're talking about is actually false. But if we are doing ad hominem against Cathy, I think we should also consider it fair against Jordan: a while after this interview, he went to Russia for medical treatment banned in America and Canada, ended up with a severe addiction to benzodiazapenes and disappeared entirely from public life. He is not somebody I would rely upon for accurate information even though he was good at public speaking.

Given the government is introducing the legislation to stop the cycle of unfair pay employment tribunals (that are often successful), I think you’re not looking at the same data set they are.
