They are thinking of allowing you to mix chain and saw emojis together to get chainsaw. This is going to be interesting to see how it will be implemented. Apple is doing something in this direction with Emoji Playground already.

Apple is sending an image today, in a future world, the Unicode combination would render whatever that device (local AI very likely) in their device.

It's not really difficult to propose a new emoji[1][2]. The stories I've read have a sense of a fair process and sense of accomplishment[3].
