Bruno is fantastic. Switched a while ago and haven't even thought about going back

Wrote a blog post [0] earlier this year about Bruno. Very funny they are really working there way down the todo list the creator claimed was a we’ll-never-do list.

I will just keep using curl

If you want to complicate your life just a little bit, there's hurl: https://hurl.dev/
The downside for me is that I have a filesystem littered with .hurl files and no real organization. But it's one step more organized than just curl.

Hurl is also pretty neat if you combine it with Emacs and org-mode, as in this post: https://blog.wilcoxd.com/2025/04/03/Org-Mode-and-Hurl/

FWIW Bruno can be forked unlike Postman. Not to mention, it would be trivial to vibe code something like this now. Postman absolutely deserves its downfall for trying to nickel and dime customers.
This is even after they said they would never raise money, but again the users were not going to pay for Bruno nor donate even.
