A little bit of feedback: I appreciate that you can use the keyboard to type the letters in. One issue I found is that you probably need a keyboard shortcut for the trash can as well - consider spacebar/escape/etc.

You also might want to add some kind of consequence for recycling all your letters. I would almost recommend a five- or ten-second penalty on the clock.

Also, I'm not sure if something went wrong with the game, but after I defeated the bee. It said something about Quote Quest. Then that notification disappeared, and it left me on the same screen with the squashed bee sprite. I had to exit and hit Play Again to restart the game.
