I've been using this for a few weeks but I don't quite like it. It's too many clicks to navigate to the PR discussion / comments for my liking.

That has not changed they just took some stuff that used to be on the bottom and put it on the top in this new design
The GitHub review page is very frustrating navigating around to different tabs.
