It's really stupid we're leaving the definition of emoji to a consortium. This is like language by committee. Instead, we should have custom embeddable inline svg images that you can put in a personal library, and share with others.

The best example in support of this is the cotton swab that we didn't have a symbol for during covid, and everybody was using a golf club [facepalm emoji here]
