It would seem that there's concern at the BBC, and therefore in Britain, about these developments. Yet, it also seems that the current belief system is that intervention is an international crime. Therefore, only criminals would be willing to do the dirty job that is necessary to stop the rocket and nuclear program.
It's quite an international order that we live in.

Why was there no similar reason for concern with the other 9 non-US builders of rocket and nuclear programs?

Most of the others are democracies. North Korea and Iran are brutal dictatorships. Iran is a theocratic apocalyptic one that has signed the non-proliferation treaty. It has designs for lands outside its territory that it proudly announces.
The differences are stark, real, and can lead to the end of the world as we know it.
Do you not have any concerns?

Mao, Stalin, Vorster, Bhutto, etc. were horrible in other ways but fine stewards of WMDs arsenals.

Ok I'll close my eyes too then, because in South Africa they had a secret nuclear program.
Everybody continue as is, thank you much.

What if AI discovers a way to make nuclear bombs without using uranium?
