For the love of god, please stop using AI to write blog posts. I stopped reading after a couple paragraphs, even though I would have loved to learn more about Google's sandbox design.

Agreed. I think a better alternative to publishing a long blog post is creating a presentation, which by design only allows bite-sized chunks of information per slide.
