For comparison, I get a perfect frame rate on an iPhone 14.

Whatever computer you’re using must be slower than a 4 year old phone.

Just enabled a couple of flags (#enable-vulkan, #default-angle-vulkan), now it's good.

those worked for me in brave also, along with the recommended flag on the welcome page. was 0.2fps, now smooth.
