Demonstrate the good vs bad test cases to people by doing an obviation pass over your test suite. Lots of things to look for, like misunderstanding the flow of data authority or testing against things that are fundamentally Somebody Else's Problem.

A base exercise in this vein would be asking someone to describe how a failure state they're checking for could come to exist in your current system.
