I'm against government regulation of gambling in principle but in reality, they have an uphill battle trying to convince any reasonable person that 'its platform offers “swaps” that can only be regulated by the US Commodity Futures Exchange (CFTC)'.
I ask because there are issues where I have an opinion, but I think the "marketplace of ideas" is a reasonable solution, and there are issues where I'm a strong enough proponent of my opinion that I would prefer to live in a world where it is federal (or even global) law.
