MCPs look like a clusterfuck to me. Since I'm running local-only, I'm glad that I can dodge that specific bullet, and focus on other stuff.

I just don't understand how the whole concept doesn't run afoul of the bitter lesson: agents will figure our tools eventually, they don't need their own.
