I was trying some crazy stuff but at this point I'm burnt out and ironically, my job, which forbids AI, has gotten more exciting.

I think I really value the whole culture of knowing how things work, and AI has kind of killed that drive for me. I'm not a guy who needs to know the little bits of how everything works, but the specific things that I wanted to learn, I'm not feeling motivated either.

I might splurge on a local cluster of GPUs to just do crazy shit on. That might re invigorate my drive somewhat.
