Say for the past 1 week there are 3 assistant claude, chatgpt, gemini, grok and kimi. With gemini and grok is the one I use for quick answer engine, claude and kimi is for long work related. Coding agent is mostly opencode + ds 4 flash/glm 5.3 flash, however with sonnet and opus being so good, my usage is leaning to claude code right now. I use zcode as well rarely, mostly for its bigger limit.

No claws or bot setup yet. However I'm experimenting with multi role multi agent setup on top of coding agent, it's not (yet) useful on my case.

As I'm using multiple coding agent, it affects how I manage the repositories. Making sure that it can run across different coding agent and different models. As this is so fast moving field, exposing yourself to many different tools is good things IMHO.
