IDK how shareable it is but what I've got now is:

I manage everything from claude's native app.

I have a self built app in my mac, called Karajan, that knows Orca (onorca.dev) state of all my running agents, and is connected to GH and Jira too. Karajan exposes an MCP for claude native app to start, stop, and review other agents. Karajan also exposes a kanban like interface for me to know what's going on.

Under karajan is onorca.dev as a terminal multiplexer, mostly. It also provides agents state and whatnot, but mostly a terminal multiplexer.

Finally, as agents, I use Opus 5.5 for implementations and Sol 5.6 for reviews.

My interface with all tihs is claude native app because It provides nice things such as routines, computer use, etc. so it works kinda as a driver for everything.
