Why 2 5090s instead of just 1 6000? That's 64GB VRAM vs 96GB VRAM. Perfomance is theoretically worse on the 6000 vs 2x 5090s, but given the overhead of tensor parallelism and how slow PCIE is, I imagine it's pretty close for less than half the power draw and heat.
