It's racism because how to even tell if people are immigrants? "Oh we're in Britain but they're not white. Must be immigrants.". People born and living all their lives in Britain who are not white or speaking to their friends in English can probably fill a whole city, but the implied thought of "not white, must be immigrants" is racism...

in this case looks a lot like racism to me
