I disagree. The WINE project settled all this reverse engineering legal nonsense a long time ago. They can file all the suits they want but they will just get dismissed.

They will not "just get dismissed". They will get dismissed after the defendent spends thousands, if not tens of thousands on legal defense to establish these assertions of yours to the satisfaction of a judge.
