Mine is, at least not completely. I had keratoconus in both eyes, one far more progressed than the other. The more affected eye has a cornea graft (essentially a transplant) which helps a lot with visual acuity, but there's still some astigmatism. And the risk/reward for the other eye means treatment isn't worth it.
