But US has to pass https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unlawful_Internet_Gambling_Enf... in 2006 to outlaw PokerStars and all sort of online casinos, so clearly a state gambling regulation is not sufficient. Now tell me why does that not cover Kalshi / Polymarket?
